Great Eastern Management Company is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic part time Leasing Consultant in Charlottesville, VA. This position is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining resident satisfaction. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all leasing operations and works with the Property Manager to meet all property objectives.

Duties include:

• Effectively show, lease and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, and tour community.
• Conducts all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and all necessary follow up needed
• Completes all leasing paperwork needed prior to move-in
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed
• Assist with the coordination of property maintenance
• Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Property Manager

Skills and Requirements:.

• MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
• Previous property management experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Must have excellent communication, problem solving, organization and people skills.
• Successfully pass a drug test
